Quick Start Guide

Step 01

The Location Owner will need to create a talent profile. Login with a phone number and an OTP; enter your name and select the role as 'Studio User'

Step 02

Mail us your company GST, PAN and TAN certificates along with all the details, amenities and photos/videos of all the Location floors at cs@touch.black / sushmitha@touch.black. Once our team reviews it, a Location Owner account will be created and linked to the owner's talent account.

Step 03

The Location Owner can have their managers signed up and add them as Team Members with permissions to access/edit the Calendar and Messages.

How do I sign up as a location owner on TouchBlack?

To create a location owner account, the owner must first sign up as a talent. After entering your phone number and OTP during sign up, provide your full name and select “Studio Owner” as your role. Then, fill out the Sign Up Form with all necessary details and documents. Once submitted, our team will verify your information and convert your talent account into a location owneraccount. This may take up to 48 hours.

How will I receive project enquiries?

Producers search for locations based on availability in the desired city. To receive enquiries, ensure your calendar is updated and your profile includes detailed information about your (the instead of your, seems better)amenities, along with photos and videos of your location. When a producer sends an enquiry, you’ll receive a clear brief, and the enquiry will automatically reflezxct on your calendar for the requested dates.

How can I update my calendar with the offline enquiries I receive?

To update your calendar with the offline enquiries you receive, tap on Bookings > Self Block > Self Block > Project. Then, enter the project title, select the project status from the dropdown, and enter the start and end dates. Finally, tap on Block. To block your calendar for personal events, tap on Event, enter the event title, and specify the start and end dates. Then tap on Block.

Does TouchBlack have access to my chats and negotiations?

No, TouchBlack does not have access to your personal chats or negotiations. Your conversations about project deals, fees, and other sensitive information are fully encrypted and remain private between you and the other party. We prioritize your privacy and ensure that all communication is secure, with no third-party access.
